Our Human Resources Policy

Galata Polyclinic aims to support the development of our employees, to create motivation and job satisfaction and maximum patient satisfaction. Our goal with training activities that envisage a rational increase in service quality and a productive structure within the scope of Galata Polyclinic;

  • To develop our staff’s problem solving, responsibility and initiative skills,
  • Developing personal skills and abilities such as appropriate, correct and prompt decision-making, and use of authority,
  • To contribute to increase their self-confidence.
  • It provides internship opportunities to final year students in a determined number of Health High Schools every year.

Galata Polyclinic conducts a recruitment process that aims to recruit suitable candidates who can carry its vision, mission, values and corporate culture at the highest level and have the competencies required by the job.
